Senior Editorial Director

**Job Summary**
At Inspired Selection, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Editorial Manager to lead our editorial department's operations. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning and execution of high-quality content across our website, publications, standards, and research papers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of Editorial Managers and content creators, setting clear goals, expectations, and KPIs.
- Develop and implement editorial strategies that align with our brand and strategic goals.
- Oversee the planning of a wide range of content, including publications, articles, reports, white papers, blog posts, newsletters, and multimedia assets.
- Manage multiple content projects and oversee the editorial calendar.
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Maintain communications with authors and project stakeholders, managing publishing project timelines.
- Develop internal processes for document development.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in editorial or content management, preferably in a senior or managerial role. You should have superb project management skills, proficiency in content management systems, SEO, analytics tools, and project management tools and methodologies. Excellent leadership skills are essential, with a strong track record in developing high-performing teams. Adaptability, agility, and innovation are also key, with a proactive approach to improving processes and quality of content. Experience in a B2B or professional publishing environment, as well as any experience within the oil and gas industry, would be an advantage.
