Job Title: Head of Event Marketing

Fastmarkets is a leading provider of price reporting, events, and intelligence services for the commodities market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Marketing to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Head of Event Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our events business. This will include planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing the event marketing team, and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies at a business and event level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy for the events business
  • Manage the event marketing team and oversee the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive delegate revenue and quality
  • Oversee the creation of best-in-class event marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver marketing excellence
  • Manage integration with Central Marketing Function
  • Set and manage the annual marketing budget
  • Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of years' experience in marketing, including heading up and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience running and developing event marketing teams
  • Degree-level education in marketing or business studies
  • CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing) and/or similar marketing qualifications
  • Experience managing marketing, CRM, and event technology platforms
