Fastmarkets Group is a leading provider of price reporting, events, and intelligence services for the commodities industry. We are seeking an experienced Head of Event Marketing to join our team and lead our event marketing efforts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Event Marketing to lead our event marketing team and develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our events business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful event marketing campaigns and will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that drives delegate revenue, number, and quality performance for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for our events business
  • Lead and manage a team of event marketing professionals
  • Develop and implement a data-driven approach to event marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute event marketing campaigns
  • Manage and analyze event marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including event sponsors and exhibitors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the commodities industry
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering successful event marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
