We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at MATTHEW OLIVERS LTD. As a Bookkeeper - Hybrid, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior accountant and director in a variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide bookkeeping services, including data entry, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Support the senior accountant and director with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Assist with VAT returns, payroll, and other financial tasks
- Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Proficiency in Xero or other accounting software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- AAT qualified or studying towards a relevant qualification
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £24,000 to £26,000
