An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a seasoned HR Manager to become part of a contemporary manufacturing firm. This independent HR Manager position is crucial within the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing the selected candidate with the opportunity to profoundly influence the strategic trajectory of the organization. This role is ideal for an established HR Manager or a HR Business Partner/Advisor aspiring to transition into their first HR Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all HR operations, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and adhere to employment regulations.
  • Formulate and execute HR policies and procedures that facilitate business expansion and enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to secure and maintain high-caliber talent.
  • Champion employee relations efforts, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Offer expert guidance and support to management and personnel on HR-related issues.
  • Lead performance management and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a standalone HR Manager capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or comparable sector.
  • CIPD Level 5 certification is highly advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a practical approach.
