Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Chief People's Officer & HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating a range of HR administrative duties, including recruitment processing, payroll administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Handling internal and external enquiries relating to HR matters, providing excellent customer service and support to our employees and stakeholders.
- Supporting the operations of the HR department, including coordinating training and development opportunities for employees.
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 months administration experience, preferably within a HR environment.
- Previous experience of working within a HR team is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
