We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Administration: Provide administrative support to our HR team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- DBS Checks: Conduct DBS checks on new employees and contractors as required.
- Document Collection: Collect documents from external sources for security checks and chase missing documents when necessary.
- Right to Work Checks: Conduct right to work checks on new employees and contractors.
- Document Creation: Create documents, spreadsheets, and system processes as required.
- Shared Inbox Management: Manage our shared inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Working Hours and Location:
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00, with an hour for lunch. The role is office-based.
Rate of Pay:
The rate of pay is dependent on experience, ranging from £12.56 per hour to £13.33 per hour, paid on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration and a strong understanding of TUPE.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of HR procedures and practices.
