We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team in Tayside Outreach Services. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults in their community, promoting inclusion and participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to ensure the life goals and aspirations of supported individuals are met.
  • Enable supported individuals to be active members of their local community.
  • Provide support with personal care needs, including continence assistance and daily hygiene routines.

As an Autism Practitioner, you will work collaboratively with supported individuals, their support networks, and other stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service is delivered. You will also be required to undertake shift work, including weekends and evenings, so flexibility is essential.
