Autism Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Autism Practitioner in our Tayside Outreach Services. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults in their community, promoting inclusion and participation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to ensure the life goals and aspirations of supported individuals are met.
  • Enable supported individuals to be active members of their local community.
  • Provide support with personal care needs, including continence assistance and daily hygiene routines.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working within social care is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with supported individuals and their support networks.
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.
