Job Description
- Support the HR team in day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
- Handle HR-related documentation and records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Participate in HR projects, contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Update HR databases, including new hires, separations, vacation, and sick leaves, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues, providing timely and accurate support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Administrator should possess:
- An academic background in Human Resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
- A basic understanding of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving.
- A desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
