We are a leading provider of recruitment services, and our client is a prominent figure in the Transport & Distribution industry with a strong presence across the UK.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our HR team in day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in Human Resources or a related field and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in handling HR-related documentation and records
- Participate in HR projects and contribute to the development of HR databases
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads and processing received resumes
- Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
Requirements
- Academic background in Human Resources or a related field
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Basic understanding of labour laws
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
