Role Overview:

The B-Hive operates as an internal creative agency, addressing the marketing needs of prominent brands in the beauty sector. As a Senior Account Manager, you will oversee the success of your accounts, managing daily operations and fostering team growth. You will report to the Head of Client Services, taking a proactive role in managing your accounts as a business, cultivating relationships, onboarding new clients, and contributing to the execution of significant campaigns.

You will assist the Head of Client Services in energizing the team to produce high-quality work and drive business growth. Collaborating with fellow Senior Account Managers, you will guide the team in delivering results and support the strategic development of accounts by identifying opportunities and crafting innovative solutions to ensure success for our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients on your accounts, ensuring that both you and your team deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Clarify client briefs to align with business goals, confidently challenging and refining them to create inspiring creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with other creative and production agencies to ensure seamless delivery and maintain effective communication at all levels.
  • Manage the scope of work, delegating tasks appropriately based on team skillsets.
  • Work with the Project Management team to ensure campaigns are executed as planned across various channels.
  • Oversee financial processes, including tracking scope, estimating, and managing project budgets.
  • Handle multiple campaign deadlines, proactively communicating any issues or risks while upholding agency standards.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and approvals, both virtually and in person.
  • Act as the delivery expert for your accounts, consistently seeking opportunities and proposing solutions with a positive attitude.
  • Continuously improve processes within your area and in alignment with other account leads.
  • Support the Head of Client Services in growth initiatives and confidently communicate the agency's offerings.
  • Contribute to the culture of Client Services and the agency by leading by example and fostering innovation and creativity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Account Manager or Junior Account Director in an agency or related creative environment.
  • Proven experience in team management and account development.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with media agencies and executing creative strategies for large media plans.
  • Proficient in project management principles, particularly in delivering multi-channel creative assets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Numerate, with skills in estimating creative delivery costs and creating reports.
  • A passion for producing outstanding creative work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with retail accounts.
  • Background in managing TV and Radio campaigns.
