We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to provide proactive support and monitoring to our Telefónica Tech MS hosted environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for triaging and resolving issues raised by customers and internal users, as well as providing second-line support to our RDS environment.

  • Experience of working to ITIL process and guidelines
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines and manage priorities
  • Experience of working within a dedicated IT department
  • An understanding of Virtualisation and backup technologies
  • An understanding of Active Directory & Group Policy Management
  • Service Desk software experience
  • An experience of working with Blue Light Services
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be able to work on initiative and as part of a team
  • Must have a driver's license and access to a form of transport as visits to internal sites may be required

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an interesting and varied company. The successful candidate will be required to work a rolling shift pattern, typically Monday to Friday, with 1.5 hours of weekend working required on either a Saturday or Sunday, 1 in 3 weeks.
