We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our team at Network Plus Services. As an HSE Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate incidents and near-miss events to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on HSE procedures and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety and quality assurance programs.
- Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent HSE qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the utilities or construction sector.
- IOSH Membership.
- Full UK driving license.
