Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Telefónica Tech. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day proactive management and support of servers, storage, and associated technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support and monitoring to Telefónica Tech MS hosted environments
- Triage and help resolve issues raised by customers and internal users
- Provide second-line support to an RDS environment
- Deployment and proactive monitoring of virtual machines on the VMware Hypervisor platforms
Requirements:
- Experience of working to ITIL process and guidelines
- Experience of working within a dedicated IT department
- An understanding of Active Directory & Group Policy Management
- Service Desk software experience
- ITIL v3 foundation or higher
- VMware deployment of Virtual Machines
- Group Policy Management
Desired Technical Skills:
- Windows Group Policy creation and management
- Windows Terminal Server Environment Support
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) based on a rolling shift pattern which is typically 07.5 hours weekend working required on either a Saturday or Sunday 1 in 3 weeks.
