Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Join JANS Holdings as a Sales Development Representative and play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging new prospects, creating interest in our diverse solutions, and supporting the sales team.

Job Purpose:

The Sales Development Representative is responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging new prospects through multiple channels (phone, email, social media)
  • Creating interest in our solutions and supporting the sales team by setting up meetings, product demonstrations, or conference calls
  • Maintaining accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM system
  • Ensuring all leads are properly qualified before passing them to field sales reps
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and sales automation software
  • Emotional intelligence and people skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
