About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Texthelp Systems. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach, to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our target market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospect accounts, including C-level executives and other influencers.
  • Qualify and nurture leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closed deal.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of relevant sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, including a strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
