Sales Development Representative

Are you a driven sales professional with a knack for outbound sales? We're seeking a Sales Development Representative to spearhead our growth across the UK and EU.
About the RoleThis role is perfect for someone eager to take the next step in their sales career, focusing on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the legal tech industry.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Outbound Sales Initiatives: Take charge of outbound campaigns, leveraging email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce Draftable's cutting-edge software to prospective clients and set qualified meetings for our Account Executives.
- Proactive Role with High Impact: Play a critical role in expanding our customer base by targeting and engaging with decision-makers in the legal sector.
- Mentorship & Career Growth: Benefit from direct mentorship by seasoned EMEA Sales Directors, who are committed to helping you grow and succeed.
As the Sales Development Representative for Draftable in the UK & EU, you'll enjoy:
- Outbound Sales Efforts: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outbound campaigns.
- Nurture & Retain Relationships: In addition to outbound efforts, you'll also manage existing customer relationships, ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Inbound Lead Management: Handle a queue of inbound opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective customers and guiding them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
We're looking for someone with:
- A proven track record in outbound sales, with a focus on proactive lead generation and qualification.
- A minimum of 2+ years in sales and account management, ideally within the technology or software industry.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, and excellent customer service skills.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, APIs, Artificial Intelligence, and general technology trends.
