Job Title: Sales Development Representative

At Ocho, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify prospective customers within key markets, including retailers, food manufacturers, and food service businesses across the EMEA region.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our software solutions to facilitate initial engagements with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to qualify and prioritize leads.
  • Utilize tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage and track campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on CRM systems like HubSpot and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Campaign Manager.
  • Experience building CRM lists using contact databases such as ZoomInfo.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
