Kennedys is seeking a qualified Associate to support our practice focused on clinical negligence claims and inquests. This role is available for candidates based in various locations.

Team Dynamics

The Healthcare division provides legal counsel to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers, addressing issues related to employer's liability, public liability, and clinical negligence claims. Our team also offers guidance on medical insurance coverage, health law, and regulatory matters, representing clients in inquests and judicial reviews. We have a strong presence across multiple offices.

Case Types

  • Diverse clinical negligence claims

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant expertise
  • Experience in handling claims and inquests
  • Client interaction experience and participation in business development activities
  • Understanding of insurance and coverage matters
