Your Role

We are excited to present an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor to become a part of our Clinical Negligence team, operating within a supportive environment.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality legal counsel to our clients, managing a diverse caseload with the guidance and mentorship of experienced professionals. Your primary objective will be to secure interim payments whenever feasible, enabling us to arrange rehabilitation, care packages, and appropriate living arrangements prior to the resolution of claims. Our team is committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients.

You will collaborate closely with our Partner, who specializes in advocating for individuals affected by medical malpractice, particularly in cases involving injuries sustained during childbirth or pregnancy.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Receive instructions from clients and provide expert legal advice.
  • Manage your own caseload while supporting senior team members on high-value cases.
  • Evaluate cases and relevant matters with your supervisor to ensure top-notch legal guidance is delivered.

About You

  • NQ-4 years PQE with a solid foundation in Clinical Negligence.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Possess commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
