Job Summary

Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Healthcare Division in Birmingham, Cambridge, or Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will work on NHS Resolution clinical negligence claims and inquests, providing expert advice and representation to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor or CILEX professional with 3+ years of experience in clinical negligence litigation. You will have a strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and representation to clients on clinical negligence claims and inquests
  • Work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies for resolving claims
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
