Kennedys is seeking a qualified Associate to work within our esteemed Clinical Negligence team. This role can be based in various locations, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

Team Structure

The Healthcare division provides legal counsel to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers. Our team specializes in handling employer's liability and public liability claims, as well as clinical negligence cases. We also offer guidance on medical insurance coverage, health law, and regulatory issues, representing clients during inquests and judicial reviews. Our presence spans multiple offices, ensuring a collaborative environment.

Case Types

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience as a UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with relevant expertise
