Your Role

We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor to become a part of our Clinical Negligence team. This role will involve providing exceptional legal counsel to our clients while managing a diverse caseload from the very beginning.

Your primary objective will be to secure interim payments whenever feasible, enabling us to arrange rehabilitation, care packages, and appropriate accommodations prior to the resolution of claims. Our team is committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

You will work alongside Partner Julie Lewis, who leads the Clinical Negligence division. Julie has extensive experience in advocating for individuals who have experienced injuries due to the negligence of healthcare providers. She has a particular focus on cases involving injuries sustained during childbirth or pregnancy.

What You'll Be Doing

Engage with clients to gather instructions and provide legal guidance. Manage your own caseload while also supporting Partners and senior colleagues on high-value cases. Collaborate with your supervisor to review cases and ensure the delivery of quality legal advice.

About You

NQ-4 years PQE with a solid foundation in Clinical Negligence. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Possess commercial awareness. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Capable of thriving in a high-pressure environment.
