About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team at Zoho Corporation B.V. as a key member of our customer success team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption and satisfaction across our suite of business software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. This will involve working closely with customers to understand their business requirements and developing comprehensive solutions that drive value and ROI.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including solution assessment, product demonstrations, and training. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers have a seamless experience with our products and are able to get the most out of their investment.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with our customer success team to ensure that customers are achieving their business objectives and are satisfied with our solutions. This will involve regular check-ins, progress updates, and solution optimization to ensure that customers are getting the most out of our products.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, best practices, and technical documentation to help our customers and internal teams succeed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our solutions are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-focused technical environment in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
  • Open to domestic travel for customer meetings.
