En tant que Consultant en Solutions Junior pour les Produits Zoho, votre mission principale consiste à soutenir l'équipe de Gestion des Comptes en fournissant une expertise technique approfondie.


Alors que l'équipe de prévente au Royaume-Uni se concentre sur la plateforme d'expérience client, les Consultants en Solutions gèrent de manière indépendante d'autres produits Zoho. Ce rôle s'étend également au support post-vente, garantissant que les clients existants adoptent efficacement les produits Zoho.


Ce rôle multifacette est essentiel pour favoriser l'adoption et aider les Gestionnaires de Comptes à établir des relations plus solides avec leurs clients.


Le Consultant en Solutions Junior travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les clients existants, en fournissant aux Gestionnaires de Comptes les outils nécessaires pour exceller dans la rétention, la vente additionnelle et la vente croisée au sein de leurs comptes.


Responsabilités Clés :
  • Conception de Solutions : Élaborer des diagrammes de solutions et des POCs pour démontrer les fonctionnalités et les capacités des Produits Zoho en collaboration avec l'équipe de prévente pour la plateforme d'expérience client et de manière indépendante pour d'autres produits.
  • Évaluation de Solutions : Vérifier la faisabilité de nouveaux cas d'utilisation pour les Produits Zoho et fournir des solutions pour surmonter les défis techniques ou les contraintes.
  • Démonstration de Produits : Réaliser des démonstrations de produits détaillées et complètes pour les clients existants en vue de la vente croisée, de la vente additionnelle et de la rétention.
  • Documentation : Rédiger des RFIs, RFPs et des SAR (Rapport d'Évaluation de Service) post-atelier en fonction des besoins des clients.
  • Formation : Animer des sessions de formation/ateliers pour les clients sur les fonctionnalités des Produits Zoho afin de favoriser l'adoption et le retour sur investissement.
  • Support Technique : Diagnostiquer et résoudre les défis techniques et les problèmes d'implémentation liés aux produits Zoho.
  • Support à l'Intégration : Intégrer les produits Zoho avec d'autres produits Zoho ou des applications tierces pour les clients.
  • Collaboration : Collaborer avec les équipes produit et d'autres équipes pour trouver des solutions et répondre efficacement aux besoins des clients.
  • Base de Connaissances : Contribuer activement à la Base de Connaissances de l'équipe en partageant des idées, des meilleures pratiques et de la documentation technique. Aider à construire un référentiel complet de ressources pour un usage interne et externe.

Exigences :
  • Expérience de 1 an minimum dans l'écriture ou le débogage de langages tels que JavaScript, Java, C, Python, etc. ainsi qu'en HTML et CSS.
  • Expérience de 1 an minimum dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans un environnement technique axé sur le client dans l'industrie SaaS.
  • Bonne compréhension des Produits SaaS et de l'industrie.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, interpersonnelles et de présentation.
  • A l'aise pour travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement distribué et à distance.
  • Ouvert aux déplacements domestiques pour des réunions avec les clients.
  • Ce rôle est crucial pour garantir une expérience client fluide à travers les Produits Zoho.
