About the Role:

As a Junior Solutions Consultant at Zoho Corporation B.V., you will play a crucial role in supporting the Account Management team by providing technical expertise and driving adoption of Zoho products among existing customers. This multifaceted role requires a strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Solution Design: Collaborate with the presales team to create technical solution diagrams and proof-of-concepts showcasing the functionality and capabilities of Zoho Products, and independently handle other Zoho products.
  • Technical Solution Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of new use cases for Zoho Products and provide solutions to address technical challenges or constraints.
  • Product Demonstration: Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations for existing customers to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention.
  • Documentation: Draft requests for information (RFIs), requests for proposal (RFPs), and post-workshop sales action reports (SARs) based on customer needs.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on Zoho Products features and functionalities.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges and implementation issues related to Zoho products.
  • Integration Support: Integrate Zoho products with other Zoho Products or third-party applications for customers.
  • Collaboration: Work with product teams and other teams to find solutions and address customer needs effectively.
  • Knowledge Base: Contribute to the team's Knowledge Base by sharing insights, best practices, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in writing or debugging languages such as JavaScript, Java, C, Python, etc., and HTML & CSS.
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer-focused technical environment in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS Products and the industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment.
  • Open to domestic travel for customer meetings.
