Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our dynamic Administration & Sales Team. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a significant volume of incoming communications from our valued customers. You will be responsible for processing sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry into our systems. Additionally, you will coordinate with our logistics and warehouse teams to provide timely updates to customers regarding their orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently process sales orders received through various channels.
- Verify the accuracy of all order entries in our computer systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding order status and delivery matters.
- Familiarity with the Dairy Industry or similar sectors is a plus.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- A strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
- Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, spread across five days. Flexibility is expected, and the working hours will typically be from 0730 to 1600 on weekdays and 0730 to 1430 on Saturdays.
