**Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Support Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and administration of our business systems, including CRM, ERP, and integrations.

• Provide 2nd line support and troubleshooting for business systems and applications
• Ensure business processes are adhered to by end users
• Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding business and system processes
• Manage internal user systems support calls and escalate issues as necessary
• Report on the performance of business systems and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on business processes and system procedures
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of business systems

• Strong understanding of business systems and applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 and COINS
• Knowledge of business process improvement and change management
