Position Overview

As a Floor Operations Manager, you will assist the Store Manager and serve as a vital connection between Management and Sales personnel. You will oversee various operational aspects within the store, take ownership of designated areas on the sales floor, monitor sales performance closely, suggest enhancements, and elevate the overall effectiveness of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Ensure sales staff maintain professional appearance and comply with company standards
  • Analyze Customer Service performance metrics

Sales Management

  • Meet and surpass sales objectives
  • Oversee daily activities of sales personnel
  • Optimize in-store technology for effective product display
  • Leverage reports for strategic product placement and highlight key selling items
  • Apply understanding of Footfall, Average Transaction Value, and Conversion Rates to enhance store performance

Visual Presentation

  • Utilize visual merchandising techniques to engage customers and drive sales
  • Maintain the store environment to the highest standards
  • Ensure all stock is presented cleanly and attractively

Team Development

  • Encourage personal growth within the team
  • Ensure team members complete necessary training assessments
  • Assist in onboarding and training new employees
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Retail Management is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
