Position Overview

As a Lead Floor Operations Manager, you will assist the Store Manager and serve as a vital connection between Management and Sales personnel. You will oversee various operational processes within the store, take ownership of designated areas on the sales floor, closely track sales performance, suggest enhancements, and elevate the overall effectiveness of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer service
  • Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Maintain the appearance of sales staff in accordance with company standards
  • Analyze Customer Service performance metrics

Sales Management

  • Meet and surpass sales objectives
  • Supervise daily activities of sales personnel
  • Optimize in-store technology for effective product presentation
  • Utilize analytical reports for strategic product placement
  • Apply knowledge of Footfall, Average Transaction Value, and Conversion Rates to enhance the shopping environment

Visual Presentation

  • Utilize visual merchandising techniques to engage customers and drive sales
  • Maintain the store to exemplary standards
  • Ensure all stock is organized and visually appealing

Team Development

  • Encourage personal growth within the team
  • Ensure completion of necessary training and assessments
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Retail Management is preferred
  • Strong skills in Time Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
