Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Nexgen Group. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dust, damp wipe, or wash walls, skirting boards, handrails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors, and frames.
  • Sweep floors with brushes or dust control mops.
  • Mop floors with wet or damp mops.
  • Hover carpeted areas.
  • Empty waste bins or similar receptacles and transport waste material to designated collection points.
  • Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
  • Replenish consumable items, such as soap, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
  • Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins, and sinks.
Requirements:
  • Full manual UK driving licence.
  • IT literate, with the ability to use tablet and smartphone apps.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Previous experience in a cleaning environment.
  • Local to the postcode area.
