Position Overview

As the Lead Floor Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager and serving as a vital connection between management and sales personnel. You will oversee various operational processes within the store, take ownership of designated areas on the sales floor, closely monitor performance metrics, suggest enhancements, and drive overall store success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Ensure outstanding levels of customer service
  • Effectively address customer complaints and inquiries
  • Maintain the professional appearance of sales staff in accordance with company standards
  • Analyze customer service performance reports

Sales Management

  • Meet and surpass sales objectives
  • Supervise daily activities of sales staff
  • Optimize in-store devices for effective product display
  • Utilize analytical reports for strategic product placement
  • Apply understanding of foot traffic, average transaction value, and conversion rates to enhance store performance

Visual Presentation

  • Utilize visual merchandising techniques to attract customers
  • Uphold the store's standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure all stock is well-presented and accessible

Team Development

  • Encourage personal growth and development within the team
  • Ensure team members complete necessary training assessments
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in retail management is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
