Position Overview

As the Lead Retail Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager and bridging the gap between Management and Sales personnel. You will oversee various operational processes within the store, take ownership of specific areas on the sales floor, monitor performance metrics, propose enhancements, and drive overall store success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
  • Effectively manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Ensure sales staff adhere to company standards and maintain professional appearance
  • Analyze Customer Service performance reports for insights

Sales Performance

  • Meet and surpass sales objectives
  • Supervise daily activities of sales personnel
  • Optimize in-store technology for effective product presentation
  • Utilize analytical reports for strategic product placement
  • Apply understanding of Footfall, ATV, and Conversion metrics to enhance store operations

Visual Presentation

  • Utilize visual merchandising techniques to engage customers
  • Maintain store standards to the highest level
  • Ensure all stock is presented in a clean and appealing manner

Training & Development

  • Encourage personal growth and career advancement within the store
  • Ensure team members complete necessary training assessments
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience in Retail Management is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
