We are seeking a highly organized and proactive People Officer to join our busy and multi-talented team at HobbyCraft. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide support to various business functions, including HR, Recruitment, and Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advisory and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist in the implementation of HR processes and procedures to drive business efficiency.
- Support recruitment efforts, including managing immigration documentation and coordinating training courses.
- Develop and maintain HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and reference requests.
- Provide professional and commercial advice to managers and colleagues.
- Coordinate and administer various HR-related tasks, including employee relations, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a HR environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
- Proven administrative experience working with high-volume workloads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing priorities with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and high standard of accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
