Role Overview

As the Visual Communication Specialist, you will be integral to the growth and success of our organization by crafting marketing materials, sales collateral, and internal communications that engage our diverse audiences, including landowners, ecologists, and leading businesses. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across various media, including print, video, and digital formats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print media, including social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to Environment Bank's brand standards, maintaining consistency across all communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, ecology, and land teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  • Generate innovative design concepts that meet project goals and enhance the visual appeal of our marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of design assets, including images, icons, and templates.
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our visual communications remain current and competitive.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or significant relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, as well as Microsoft applications.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and HTML email builders (HubSpot preferred).
  • Creative flair with a strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and passion for visual communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
