Toy Merchandising Specialist

About the Role
We're searching for a passionate Toy Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic field-based retail merchandising team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring The Entertainer concessions within Tesco stores are visually appealing, well-stocked, and consistently meet high standards.
As a Toy Merchandising Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Expert Product Knowledge: Become an expert on The Entertainer brand and products, sharing your knowledge with fellow merchandisers.
- Training & Coaching: Provide comprehensive training to new and existing merchandisers on merchandising principles, procedures, and best practices.
- Compliance Champion: Maintain strict adherence to merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines. Act as a role model for compliance within your team.
- Partnership Building: Develop strong relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and local Entertainer Field Managers. Provide valuable feedback and insights to the client account team.
