About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Active Care Group. As a specialist in neurorehabilitation, you will be responsible for providing assessment and management of communication and swallowing disorders in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-led therapy programmes for patients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care and adhere to national guidelines
  • Contribute to service delivery audit and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure patient safety and protect their human rights

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Specialist level dysphagia competency on RCSLT framework
  • Previous experience in neurorehabilitation setting
  • Experience in working with aphasia, cognitive communication disorder, dysarthria, apraxia, and dysphagia
