Therapist for Complex Care

We are seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at Active Care Group, specializing in neurorehabilitation. As a key member of our therapy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, severe neurological conditions, complex stroke, and spinal cord injury.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop evidence-led therapy programs for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care, adhering to national guidelines and regulations.
- Participate in internal training and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure patient safety and protect their human rights.
- HCPC registration.
- Previous experience in a neurorehabilitation setting.
- Specialist-level dysphagia competency on the RCSLT framework.
- Ability to motivate patients over long periods.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
