About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our Global Advisory team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global marketing strategy to support our technology consulting and transformation business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to position KPMG as a leader in the technology consulting and transformation market.
  • Work closely with global leadership to define messaging and support go-to-market strategies, including cloud, technology architecture, emerging technology, AI, cyber, and transformation.
  • Manage multiple groups of stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to support the technology consulting and transformation business units, including the development of marketing materials, thought leadership, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with the advisory content team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and thought leadership.
  • Work closely with global and member firm marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple groups of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Excellent marketing skills across a wide range of channels, with a focus on content marketing and digital marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders.
  • Ability to create concrete plans and deliverables in sometimes ambiguous and changing situations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
