About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Senior Marketing Manager to join our team at Euro Packaging UK Ltd. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing our marketing strategy from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's business objectives
  • Oversee the design, content, branding, and delivery of all marketing collateral, including presentations, slide decks, exhibitions, and sales support materials
  • Creation of marketing templates and management of technical content
  • Organisation of promotional/marketing events
  • Review and development of the company website, including authoring and optimisation (including SEO)
  • Develop brand guidelines and build brand/product awareness in the market
  • Ensure clear and consistent branding across documentation, following brand guidelines
  • Establish and lead the company's communication calendar
  • Manage social media channels
  • Develop a marketing toolkit
  • Manage internal communications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing
  • CIMA qualified
  • 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or retail
  • 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
