RevWise is a leading digital marketing agency that partners with top e-commerce brands to drive affiliate channel growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our advertiser clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns and challenges, ensuring timely resolution and a positive client experience.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the affiliate delivery team to develop and implement effective strategies to drive client growth and revenue.
  • Manage relationships with key publisher verticals to drive revenue growth and optimize client performance.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for assigned accounts, providing timely and effective resolution to client concerns.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive client growth and revenue, including audits, reviews, and key projects.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless client operations.

**Desired Qualifications:**

  • 3-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in an agency or network environment.
  • Experience working on advertiser programs within major platforms such as Awin, WebGains, Impact, Rakuten, TradeDoubler, and Partnerize.
  • Strong understanding of technical components of affiliate programs, including product feeds, creative feeds, tracking setup, tracking issues, attribution models, reconciliation, and approvals.
  • Experience reporting directly to decision-makers and/or senior management.
  • Excellent working knowledge of performance marketing KPIs and models.
  • Ability to present and defend a strong business case and high-level commercial performance review.
