Join Digital Waffle's Marketing Team as a Head of Marketing

We are a leading digital marketing services company, offering a successful SaaS platform with huge plans for growth and development in the new year. We are on the hunt for a Head of Marketing to join our ranks and take responsibility for the entire marketing strategy.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that requires a well-equipped marketing professional with an agency background to join our team and take responsibility for budget management, team growth, marketing strategy, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing goals and objectives
  • Oversee budget management and ensure effective use of marketing resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and maintain relationships with contractors and agencies

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in a senior marketing position, specifically related to the growth of a business and handling marketing strategy
  • Experience across Paid Media, Organic Social, SEO, Email Marketing, Affiliates and Partnerships
  • Agency experience is preferable
  • Confident in your ability to create growth strategies and roadmaps
  • Happy to be responsible for the recruitment of your own team, including the management of external agencies and contractors
  • Excellent data skills, with the ability to create concise reports that will be given directly to the CEO
  • Happy managing the top of the funnel, as well as creating new SOPs and processes
