About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Marketing to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve marketing objectives and goals
  • Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including paid media, organic social, SEO, email marketing, affiliates, and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives
  • Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing objectives and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are innovative and effective
  • Measure and analyze marketing performance using data and metrics to inform future marketing decisions

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior marketing position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
  • Experience in managing and leading high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, organic social, SEO, email marketing, affiliates, and partnerships
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to create concise reports and presentations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue
