Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand reputation and drive commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Brand Management: Manage and maintain our brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Marketing Communications: Create and execute marketing campaigns that engage our target audience and drive conversions.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds and optimal return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, sales teams, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Strong marketing skills, including strategic planning, brand management, marketing communications, and team management.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant marketing certifications, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
