Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our UK & Ireland marketing strategy and drive business growth in line with sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales funnel from a marketing perspective, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and guiding the marketing team in delivering effective solutions that generate leads and demand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market.
  • Manage Marketing Budgets and KPIs: Manage marketing budgets and set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee Marketing Activities: Oversee all marketing activities, including campaign development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Provide Direction and Support to Marketing Team: Provide direction and support to the marketing team, ensuring alignment with business priorities and identifying development needs.
  • Drive Innovative Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all communications and act as a brand ambassador for Bureau Veritas Group.
  • Foster Relationships with External Agencies: Foster strong relationships with external agencies to align deliverables with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on professional services.
  • Strong Understanding of Marketing Strategies: Strong understanding of marketing strategies across the full marketing mix.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Excellent Copywriting Skills: Excellent copywriting skills and fluency in English grammar.
  • Experience with Design Packages: Experience working with design packages and multimedia formats (print, video, graphics).
  • Degree in Marketing or Related Discipline: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Flexibility to Travel: Flexibility to travel as required.
