Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Hard Days Night Hotel in Liverpool. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect and acquire new business, leveraging industry connections and networking opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring the hotel remains competitive in the local market.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and revenue growth within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Opera and other relevant hotel systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
