We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to contribute to our growth by securing new contracts and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through networking events and proactive outreach.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Lead negotiations to successfully secure new contracts that align with our clients' needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their engagement with us.
Requirements:
- Possess a full, valid UK driving licence.
- Demonstrate proven sales experience within the energy sector.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills and the ability to build consensus.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective client interaction.
- A background in mechanical or electrical engineering is highly desirable.
