Our Energy & Power team provides a range of services to our Transmission and Distribution and Generation clients in addition to cross-market solutions to our non-energy clients. This includes work on transmission system assets, HVDC interconnectors, energy storage systems, inertia systems, wind and solar farms and advanced facilities for mission critical industries in the technology and process sectors.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to join our Operational Sales team in Energy and Power, to help as part of the team delivering our sales initiatives and drive forward growth. Supporting our Head of Operational Sales this role will help deliver on our pipeline over the coming years, focusing on supporting operational technical staff in winning work and building our portfolio._ Part time preferred but full time also considered._

Location for this exciting role is flexible, in addition to all Jacobs key locations, we will consider applicants who are based anywhere in the UK and/or Europe. ROLE IS PREFERRABLY **PART TIME** WITH FULL TIME APPLICANTS CONSIDERED.
**About the Role**
- Winning work: Supporting our technical leaders to convert opportunities into project wins, providing sales production support, managing the bid production process, organising bid governance and recording the bid outcomes in accordance with our accreditation.
- Building our portfolio: Supporting the team by recording a sales pipeline in our Sales platform (client success platform, CSP). Capturing the data for new sales opportunities in CSP including the salient elements of each opportunity, the funding allocated to each bid, and keeping the overall pipeline up to date and accurate.
- Supporting the Head of Operational Sales in managing bid spend and helping to follow up with teams
- Supporting in creating account plans and marketing material

The selection process is focused upon attributes and relevant practical experience, as opposed to prescribed levels of academic or professional qualification.
Key attributes for the role include, but are not limited to:
- Well organised
- Confident communicator
- Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools - especially Teams and Outlook
- Be able to carry out data entry
- Proactive and willing to take on new roles
