Children's Nurse Complex Care Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Nurse to join our team as a Complex Care Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to the team in the delivery of complex care services.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of children and young people with complex conditions.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to complex care.
- Provide education and training to staff on complex care topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care delivered.
- Registered Children's Nurse with a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a community or complex care setting.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and their families.
- Knowledge of complex care principles and practices, including palliative care and end-of-life care.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
